What is Clears made of?

Clears is made exclusively of vegan medical grade silicone with a lifespan of up to 20 years.

Can my children use Clears?

We recommend use ofClears only on children who are old enough to use traditional cotton buds instead of baby buds, and under adult supervision.

I feel that Clears doesn’t work as well in comparison with the cotton buds I usually use. Why?

You might have the impression that Clears doesn't clean as much as the traditional cotton buds we’re used to. In fact, Clears cleans only the part of your inner ear that really needs to be cleaned, not the part deep inside that needs wax to protect it, unlike traditional cotton buds, which are much too intrusive, don't adapt to us and above all can hurt us.

Don't be afraid to put the cross-shaped part into your ear all the way and turn it a few times. It's very intuitive to use and difficult to get wrong. You can also try Clears when your ears are wet, such as in the shower, for guaranteed success!

Delivery of my package

I want to give Clears as a gift. Can I have it delivered already wrapped?

Where can I get deliveries sent to?

Clears can be shipped anywhere in the world, subject to additional fees and a longer delivery time.

How soon will I receive my order?

Deliveries within Europe take three to five days. In busy periods, such as the run-up to Christmas, this may take longer.

I’m in a hurry. Can I get my delivery more quickly?

You can choose express delivery for an additional fee. This means you will receive your order in one working day.

How do I use the ‘Track your parcel’ option?

If we give you a tracking number, you can check its progress any time on the partner site all the way through to arrival at your home.


The product I received is damaged. What can I do?

I’m not happy with the product I ordered. Can I get a refund?

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept product returns. If the product you received is damaged, let us know straight away at the following email address: We will replace the damaged product as soon as possible!
